- This job role required me to warmly greet customers upon arrival to create a welcoming atmosphere Once customers were settled, I would then take meal and drinks orders before serving with professionalism and skills making sure to maintain high presentation and quality standards. I would also manage table settings for an enhanced dining experience and check in with customers during meals to ensure the guests expectations were met.
- From this job I became much better at communicating, due to interacting with a range of people, I also developed customer service skills. A few more skills I developed was problem solving, time management and teamwork.
