Care of the Elderly (COTE)

• Assessed and treated older adults with complex presentations including falls, frailty and deconditioning, delivering mobility rehabilitation, functional assessments and discharge planning alongside the MDT.

Musculoskeletal Outpatients (MSK)

• Managed a varied outpatient caseload, completing comprehensive assessments, providing manual therapy, prescribing progressive exercise programmes and using hydrotherapy to support rehabilitation and improve function.

Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)

• Rehabilitated patients with acquired brain injuries using task-specific rehabilitation, gait re-education, balance training and functional goal setting to maximise independence.

Trauma & Orthopaedics (T&O)

• Treated patients following acute fractures and orthopaedic surgery, delivering early mobilisation, respiratory physiotherapy where indicated, gait re-education and discharge planning to facilitate safe recovery.

Intensive Care Unit (ITU)

• Assisted in the management of critically ill patients through respiratory assessment, secretion clearance techniques, early mobilisation and recognition of clinical deterioration within a multidisciplinary team.

Palliative Care

• Supported patients with life-limiting conditions through individualised rehabilitation, fatigue and breathlessness management, mobility optimisation and compassionate communication with patients and families.Including observing a botox clinic and working with a MND specialist team

• Assessed and treated serving military personnel with a range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries.
• Designed and progressed evidence-based rehabilitation programmes to support recovery and return to training or operational duties.
• Worked collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, enhancing clinical reasoning, exercise prescription and patient education skills in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment.
