I am a confident and reliable individual with a strong set of core values and a desire to use my knowledge when it comes to the automotive industry. I have a passion for learning and I am eager to experience the challenges and opportunities of the work place. I have the ability to work in both a team and work as a individual and I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to develop my skills. I have a great admire for cars and the motor trade, knowing my sales will be up to standards and making sure customers have an excellent service.In my role as an apprentice my day to day duties are:
• Assessed vehicle damage with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate repair estimates.
• Stripped or fitted interior and exterior panels, resulting in seamless repair work.
• Repaired dented panels to restore aesthetic appeal of the vehicles.
• Maintained cleanliness in the workshop area, resulting in a safe and organised workspace.
• Achieved smooth finishes by skilfully using hand tools and power tools.

• Weld, Jig work, Filler work, Blocking, Sanding, Panel prep, Miracle pull and Strip/rebuild vehicles.

At Tranquil I washed/blowdried clients hair whilst also answering phone calls, taking payments, gaining customer service skills, booking appointments in and learning how to work in a busy and stressful environments.

At Nu-Swift I was taught to use POS systems, and bettering my customer service skills by answering phone calls and completing the data processing tasks.
