Currently managing a number of London properties including Landsec's first net zero development, The Forge and a mix used asset of commercial, retail and residential.


Responsibilities include:

  • Setting and managing multiple service charge budgets equating to £4m
  • Led on the defect liability period following practical completion of The Forge
  • Assisted with the acquisition of Regent’s Quarter, and led on the handover to the Development team
  • Hands on approach with the customers to ensure their
    needs are met and to further strengthen the relationship
  • Work in partnership with the Portfolio team by contributing to the property's strategy, and ensure that this aligns with the financial and commercial objectives
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure that my assigned properties are operating at maximum efficiency which will assist with reaching the business 2040 net zero goal
  • Conduct weekly team meetings to motivate the service partner's, address concerns, plan improvements and evaluate progress toward goals
