Cabin Crew are the heart of the operation which takes great pride in keeping everyone safe and secure whilst delivering exceptional passenger experience. Welcoming passengers on board, providing food and drink throughout the flight; creating comfort and great customer experience to gain customer loyalty. While we are there for passenger comfort, we are there primarily their safety which we develop and train to keep very high safety standards and security critical procedures that we complete prior to flight, turn around and after every duty we complete. We have a responsibility to be punctual and have excellent time keeping skills to keep the flight schedule on time. Every working day is different and can be quiet challenging. We work as teamwork to support and communicate to each other and get on with the job at hand and deliver professional and positive attitude towards our role as cabin crew.
I have worked at the Navigation for over 7 years from having a full time role to now helping out when needed.
