Immersed myself in French culture and gained a deeper appreciation of regional cuisine and dining customs. This experience strengthened my independence, adaptability, and passion for food culture.
Volunteered at a surf camp in Costa Rica for 1 month (July/ August 2024), working in the kitchen and front of house to help prepare and serve dinner for up to 100 people each evening.
