At Barclays, my primary job role is to make inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding their banking needs. I am classified as a moment banker, which means I am highly trained in dealing with a multitude of tasks, including ISAs, complaints, and fraud investigations, among others. I deal with hundreds of customers a week, always maintaining a fine eye for detail and ensuring that the customer's journey is a smooth one from start to finish, so that they are always satisfied with the service they receive. My current role is a hybrid position, where I work from home in Pontefract and also in the office in Sunderland as needed.
