• Flower preparation and conditioning/ Upkeep of flowers on shop floor.
• Assisting in creating, arrangements and display's. Eg: seasonal floral window display's, funeral work, and hand-tied bouquet's.
• Taking and processing orders over the phone and in person. Working closely with customers throughout the sales process to understand specific needs and desires.

Full- time FOH/ BOH

• Greeted customers, processed transactions and packaged/ served food during busy morning and lunch rushes.
• Always kept a high standard of presentation and food quality.
• Maintained good time management and completed production within deadlines. Preparing: Baguette's, Bloomers, Panini's, Hot fills, Salad/ Pasta bowel's.

My first part-time job, which I started towards the end of year 11 and during my GCSE's.

• Developed product knowledge quickly.
• Worked closely with my manager to understand their expectations and understand the customers needs/desires.
