

As an aspiring teacher my experience as a Starbucks Shift Supervisor developed strong leadership, communication and organisational skills that directly support my teaching practice. I regularly trained and supported team members from ages 16-40 years old, managed their training , behaviour and wellbeing, and maintained calm, structured environments under pressure in a busy environment. These skills translate well to classroom management, building positive relationships, safeguarding awareness and supporting diverse learners within a safe, inclusive learning environment.
