I am at my best when working within a role that is making a positive impact on those within the community. I have always worked within roles where I am working with and serving the public and have always had the desire to support and empower those around me. I am highly skilled at relationship building and working collaboratively with others to reach the desired result.
I am a hard working and hugely dedicated worker who will always strive to make a positive impact within my role. I still have plenty to learn but am incredibly ambitious and believe every challenge is an opportunity to grow personally and professionally. I am incredibly proactive with a keen eye for identifying and mitigating risks when I see them. My experience as both an operational officer, as well as my commitment to managing vulnerability and safeguarding within an office based role has been invaluable in gaining new perspective and finding solutions to any arising challenges.

I was previously a volunteer cadet leader for a number of years for Staffordshire Police Cadets, while doing this the cadets leaders of Staffordshire were collectively awarded the Queens Honor Medal.
I also regular raise money for charities close to my heart when I can, my most recent was skydiving for Alzheimer's Society.
