I was class teacher to a wonderful Primary One class. The class had a wide range of needs. My duties included:

• Attended professional development sessions to stay updated with latest teaching methodologies.
• Constructed Personal Learning Plan's for various pupils in the class, tailoring targets to suit individual behavioural/learning needs.
• Organised school events such as matches and training sessions for boys/girls football teams.
• Communicated regularly with parents about their children's performance and behaviour at school.
• Fostered a fun, positive learning environment for student engagement through effective classroom management.
• Fostered strong relationships with students by displaying genuine interest in their personal growth and achievements.
• Created inclusive classroom setting to ensure all students felt accepted and valued.

Gained valuable teaching experience through supply teaching in a range of school environments while completing a Master’s degree.

I completed my final year placement in Good Shepherd Primary School with a Primary One Class. My duties included:

• Created fun, engaging and challenging classroom activities to enhance a positive learning experience.
• Participated in many school activities such as coaching the girls Gaelic & netball teams, helping in the school's talent show and playing the harp in the St Patrick's Day assembly.
• Balanced university-based study alongside weekly teaching duties.
• Prepared lesson content and delivery in line with curriculum guidelines.
• Set up class room displays to increase visual engagement with key topics.
• Built a positive relationship with my host teacher, other members of staff and students.
• Covered primary teacher absences and continued lessons according to the NI curriculum.

Throughout my third year placement, I taught a Primary One class. My duties included:

• Planned and organised classrooms that consistently facilitated positive learning experience.
• Planning and delivering lessons according to the NI Curriculum.
• Worked with teachers to uphold behaviour management policies.
• Supported students with various learning difficulties to understand key concepts in core subjects.
• Collaborated with teaching assistants to deliver additional support to struggling students.
• Gained exposure to different school settings and teaching roles.
• Built a positive rapport with staff and students.
• Coaching the girl's Gaelic team

Throughout my second year placement, I taught in a Primary Seven class. My duties included:

• Developed a positive rapport with my host teacher and students.
• Created lesson plans and scheduled each day to promote maximum student engagement.
• Created engaging resources to promote student learning within lessons.
• Promoted physical, mental and social development by implementing classroom games and outdoor activities.
• Assisted in organising and planning the class' confirmation.

Throughout my first year placement, I taught in a Primary Three class. My duties included:

• Prepared and delivered lessons abiding by the curriculum guidelines.
• Taught PE to 'key worker' children of varying ages.
• Created home PE videos to pupils still at home to promote mental and physical wellbeing during the COVID19 pandemic.
• Built positive relationships with staff and students.
• Coached at the Holy Child Summer Camp.
• Covered primary teacher absences and continued lessons according to curriculum.
• Played the harp for the online Saint Patrick's Day Video.

I worked as a Sales Assistant for Rituals then got promoted to Supervisor. My duties include:

• Trained new hires and set up mentoring relationships to drive team performance.
• Dealt with customer complaints and rectified product and service issues.
• Motivated team through providing hands-on practical support to all members of staff.
• Managed store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Guided and coached staff to achieve individual growth and sales production targets.
• Maintain store KPIs and targets when working.
• Deliver high quality customer service
• Developed an extensive range of product knowledge.

I was employed as a coach at my Gaelic club for the Cul Camp and for an Ulster GAA camp. My duties included:

• Ensuring the well-being of all children under my care
• Coached young individuals to improve their skill ability in Gaelic Football.
• Built confidence of players by offering individual praise and recognising progress and achievements.
• Tailored sessions to accommodate children with varying ages and abilities.

I had many roles and responsibilities within this role, these include:

• Greeted customers and offered assistance with selecting products, and completing purchases.
• Listened to customer needs and preferences to provide targeted advice, increasing sales opportunities.
• Resolved customer complaints and process issues with proactive problem-solving skills.
• Maintained knowledge of products to provide recommendations to customers.
• Engaged customers to enhance in-store experience and provide high quality customer service.
• Organised displays to promote inventory and encourage customer purchases.
• My contract was ended due to the COVID19 pandemic when the company went into administration.

This was a group created for adults who had varying disabilities and special needs. I formed trusting relationships with attendees, spent time completing activities, games and helped them organise fundraisers.
