
I am a highly motivated individual with over 5 years of experience in customer service including managing and motivating colleagues for top performance. I Focus highly on encouraging employees to develop new skills and thrive in their job role by developing engaging training programs to improve employee well-being and attitudes. In Febuary of 2026 I was offered the promotion to the shift leader role. I completed an extensive 12-week training course, including an in-person 2 day Leadership Transition course to enhance my skills, build my confidence and prepare me for my role. A few examples of what my role includes:
