I have worked in my role for 5 years and during this time i have worked alongside various members of staff and consider myself as an excellent team player

During my day i look after 18 two year old's where i have great knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework, I am also keyperson to 11 children within my room and I'm responsible for planning and and tracking children's development by doing four monthly reports.

I have great knowledge of policies within a nursery setting.

During my day I'm Regularly utilized multi-tasking expertise to ensure multiple children's needs are effectively met.

I am able to provide a wide range of activities for any age ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years which can be adult led or child initiated providing a positive and enjoyable experiences.

One a day to day basis i also safeguard children and by doing this i do head counts sheets, room checks, and working with parents and outside agencies

While i worked at treetops i was support staff and would cover any staff holidays or sickness, i worked in all rooms within the nursery and supported staff during the day by helping to take care of the day to day running of the room and setting up activities for children.

I was given the opportunity to be a key person within the 1 to 2 years room where i carried out observations and planning

i also Built positive, professional relationships with children and family members, providing a safe, trusting care environment.
