• I established the Women in Indirect Tax Networking Group in 2017.
• Group members were drawn from the accountancy profession, independent consultancies, corporates and the law.
• The group provided the opportunity for women working in this niche area to meet on a quarterly basis with fellow professionals, in a safe and supportive environment
• Organised regular guest speakers, workshops and social events

• Beament Leslie Thomas is a niche recruitment business specialising in placing Indirect Tax and Management Consultancy Professionals in to professional service firms, the legal profession, corporates and consultancies
• As Managing Director of the company for 10 years, and a Director prior to that, I was responsible for all aspects of managing and directing the business
• As a recruitment consultant, I worked with a wide range of individuals at all levels (graduate entry to Board level) on developing their career strategies, advising at each step of the recruitment process
• Clients were professional service firms and major businesses and my role was to advise and assist on all aspects of their recruitment and people strategies
