Summary

I am highly motivated and results driven professional with a unique blend of clinical expertise and patient focused leadership experience. As a Cath Lab Nurse, I have skills in advanced interventional and structural cardiology procedures, including aortic valve crimping for TAVI, working directly with interventional cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams, scrubbing for invasive procedures and providing critical care in a constantly changing environment across emergency situations. Within the cardiac catheterisation laboratory I provide a leadership role, mentoring junior staff, supporting MDT’s, and ensuring the delivery of safe, evidence based patient care.

Previously, as an account manager, I developed strong commercial acumen, managing stock, setting and breaking down sales targets, coaching team members, and delivering exceptional customer service. I have a proven ability to combine strategic planning, team leadership, and high attention to detail to achieve both clinical and commercial objectives. Adaptable, organised, and committed to excellence, with a track record of thriving in fast paced, results driven environments.
