  • Delivering focussed training within care/nursing homes to staff at all levels and support them to adopt and/or improve their use of digital recording to evidence compliance and person-centred care via the PCS Mobile Care Monitoring system, this resulted in the system being embedded in over 36 care homes.
  • I worked proactively with care and nursing homes to negotiate a plan to troubleshoot non-compliance relating to care recording which has raised standards across 30 care/nursing homes.
  • I designed and delivered bespoke training sessions at various levels (Carers, Care Team Leaders through to Directors internally and also the external Quality Assurance Team) tailored to individual requirements, both in person and via Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • I designed Quality and Compliance audit documentation, enabling homes to self-assess more effectively.
  • I worked closely with the Regional Operations Directors when they required a bespoke audit in order to support their monitoring.
  • I created clear support and guidance documents for homes in their compliance and monitoring, issuing this to up to 60+ of the homes in the UK.
  • I was a member of the strategic planning team in relation to Person Centred Software (PCS) and management of the system within homes.
  • I led on Person Centred Software Management and GDPR compliance in relation to the system, working closely with the Quality & Compliance Director and providing reports/data as required when Safeguarding concerns/Coroner inquests necessitate.
