- Managed a team of four adults providing individualized support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and conducted Risk Assessments. -
- Collaborated with health visitors, speech and occupational therapists, Educational, Health and Care (EHC) coordinators, the school SENCo, and social services to enhance support for children. Maintained open communication with stakeholders to improve comprehensive care for all children.
