I am an outgoing and friendly individual delivering excellent customer service and administration. I am proficient in calendar management and scheduling, data entry and database administration. I am focused and dependable with outstanding client communication. I like to create a professional, welcoming and organised front office environment. I am skilled in managing high-volume phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. I am a positive and driven individual with strong communication skills and proven ability to manage administrative tasks and multitasking. I originally trained in drama as an actor and director but retrained after my first daughter (during the pandemic) in Producing and Event Management which I have done on a frelance basis ever since. I now have two children and am looking for a part time permanent role that utilises my skills, has regular hours and gives me an insight into a different profession.
I currently work on a freelance basis with flexi hours as a Producer and Administrative Assistant for BRAVE Youth Theatre, for which I also run theatre sessions twice a week in the evenings. The producing and administrative side involves recruitment & marketing for the youth theatre whilst also maintaining positive relationships with current parents and carers. It is a forward facing role requiring strong administrative skills and a positive attitude.
