Elizabeth Bush-Peel

• Assistant editor for the Science Museum Group Journal, facilitating publication of the journal twice a year on the history of science, history of technology, and broader museology. This involves liaising with authors and providing thorough feedback across a broad range of topics, from geological history to philosophy of science to exhibitions of medieval art. I work on all aspects of production, including investigating legal rights for Open Access publication and supporting a total redevelopment of our public platform
• Worked on digital external communications for the Research and Public History department, and developed a communications and media strategy to facilitate outreach.
• Repository training to help run the Science Museum Open Access repository, administered in collaboration with the British Library and eight other museums and heritage organizations.
• Events organization, planning, and assistance for conferences, including a collaborative conference between the Science Museum and the Smithsonian Museum.
• Worked on internal communication and strategy during departmental shifts toward closer involvement with the museum's collections team.

The Ancillary Review of Books is a publication that writing on literature, power and politics, centering around speculative work and the political potentialities of world literature, cultural studies, and genre fiction. ARB is a finalist for this year's Hugo and Ignyte Awards.

• Evaluated and edited submissions from authors, including reviews and argumentative essays.
• Managed multiple editing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality editorial work.
