Elissa Cook

I am a Hardworking 16 year old student, studying in Macmillan Academy post 16. I am interested in gaining skills in retail and I am eager to learn to confidently provide customers with relevant information and set a friendly atmosphere to the establishment, making it more likely that customers will have a positive view on the company. I am a excellent team play and can also work independently, this would allow me to build relationships with not only the people working beside me but the people that have entered the establishment. I enjoy challenges and am able to show perseverance by staying motivated and focused when the tasks are difficult. My studies have helped me develop alot of valuable skills which is why I am keen to apply and further develop in this role
