I completed years of Health and Social Care at Mid-Kent College following completion of my GCSE's at secondary school., I thoroughly enjoyed Health and Social Care and found it extremely beneficial to my professional development. I found great value in communicating with different people across all levels, from taking instruction from my supervisors to fulfilling the needs of elderly care home patients. This invaluable experience afforded me the ability to provide a catered and individualised approach to my work, especially when collaborating on projects and creating an accessible service for all. I have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, together with a creative approach to problem solving. I have excellent IT skills including the use of Word, Access, and Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher and many other Trust systems. I undertake and fulfil all roles with integrity, and honesty. I am a very reliable, loyal, trustworthy and confidential individual, who treats colleagues and patients' with dignity and respect at all times and leads by example. I have a strong desire to achieve and am incredibly self-motivated with a flexible approach. I am able to identify when I require further training and development opportunities. I believe I have all the knowledge, experience and skills required for this role and be a valuable asset to the team take pride in being a caring, hard-working and trustworthy person. I am always punctual and reliable with a reputation of fully dedicating myself to a role. I am open and eager to learn new skills to broaden my knowledge and progress in my career.
