Elisha Grant

As a healthcare assistant my role involves providing compassionate, hands on care to patients of all ages from children to older adults. I support individuals throughout their care by taking observations, assisting with clinical procedures, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment and offering reassurance to patients and their families.

I take personal approaches by listening to each patients needs, treating everyone with dignity and respect and adapting my care to suit different ages, abilities and back grounds. being able to support individuals at vulnerable moments and make them feel heard and cared for is the most rewarding part of this career.

During my time at Excell Supply, I worked with different age groups and assisted with the planning and preparation of lessons. I encouraged the children to learn through motivation and promoted positive behaviour.

I worked closely with the children and supported them in their individual learning journeys. I enjoyed building trust with the students, helping them overcome challenges and celebrating their progress.
