• Elite British Gymnastics Competed in elite British gymnastics for 12 years across team and individual events, earning accolades through a highly disciplined training environment. The demands of elite sport developed qualities directly transferable to the workplace, including resilience, discipline, focus, accountability, teamwork and the ability to perform under pressure. Balancing individual performance with team objectives also strengthened my understanding of responsibility, consistency and supporting others. Travelling across different countries has exposed me to new cultures, environments and challenges. These experiences have strengthened my ability to stay composed, embrace change and adapt confidently in navigating unfamiliar situations.

Studying abroad at CEU San Pablo University in Madrid for six months has been a particularly valuable part of my academic and personal development. Living and studying in a new country required me to adapt quickly to an unknown setting, different academic and cultural environments, and new ways of communicating and working. It has strengthened my open mindedness, independence and cultural awareness, while teaching me to think on my feet, remain composed when circumstances change and approach unfamiliar situations with curiosity rather than hesitation. Alongside broader international exposure across Europe, Africa, the USA, Japan and China, this experience has given me confidence operating in diverse environments and working with people from different backgrounds.
