Summary

I am a versatile, innovative, and driven healthcare professional with more than 20 years of clinical, management and leadership experience in healthcare. My post graduate development has been varied, working in both private and public organisations, in hospitals and community settings. I have worked as a sole practitioner in the delivery of systemic anti-cancer therapy in the home, manager of large regional teams remotely, additionally led teams in the hospital environment.

I am a motivated professional, who has a passion to develop others to accomplish their goals; this has been proven by achieving exemplar results in the successful attainment of 'outstanding' ratings for my previous cancer services, and in the development of the current units within Nuffield which were rated as inadequate following an internal review, and are all now rated ‘good’.

I am a focused individual that always strives to achieve the best possible results both personally and professionally.
