Sport Vision is the JD Sports/Foot Locker of Albania, with stores in multiple countries in Europe. As a virtual sales assistant for Sport Vision, the job role entailed the following tasks;

• Delivering post-sales support to verify customer satisfaction and improve business retention.
• Providing responsive, attentive customer care to build long-term online client bases.
• Advising customers on upgrades and value-added opportunities to increase spending.
• Handling customer returns and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
