- Amirandes - Crete: Redesigning the internal pool area and supportive facilities & promenade.
- White Palace - Crete: Redesigning whole lobby, main entrance atrium, meeting rooms, new roof bar, pool bar, gym and solutions for external elevations.
- The rapid progress of all the projects mentioned above, were planned 7 months prior to the opening of these resorts for the next season. This included the concept designs, approvals, coordination with all the design and technical consultants, local architects, and contractors. Flexibility, finding workable solutions swiftly, being organized and keeping all the parties involved coordinated, has been the key to the success of these projects. Sadly, the pandemic put an abrupt pause to them.

- Green Grove Kempinski - Russia: 5 star, 250 key hotel, spa, fitness facilities, sports centre, marina, 100 villas, 140 marina apartments and 25 youth club suites.
- Alma Ata Hotel - Kazakhstan: 5 star, 180 key hotel, 50 luxury apartments, 36,600sqm.
