• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities
• Execute an effective and innovative sourcing strategy to identify qualified candidates using a wide range of sourcing methods
• Conduct market intelligence to drive data-informed hiring decisions and optimise talent acquisition strategies
• Develop and maintain talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill roles across multiple geographies
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against client position requirements and organisation culture fit
• Track sourcing activities, outreach efforts, and pipeline progress using ATS and CRM tools
• Acted as a mentor to junior colleagues, fostering knowledge sharing and skills development within the team

• Maintaining a high-volume pool of temporary workers for a valuable client account in the gaming industry
• Processing new candidate applications and assessments
• Maintaining onboarding and guidance materials for temporary workers
• Monitoring and recording of attendance, usage and availability data
• Assisting the client with all resource-related issues
• Maintenance of process documentation and implementation of process improvement
• Processing payroll and holiday requests
• Serving as the first point of contact for all other temp queries
• Ensuring all invoices are validated and paid accordingly
