

As a dedicated and results driven Commercial Development Manager with over thirteen years experience with a proven track record within the sports industry, I am a driven professional who is passionate about creating strategic brand partnerships. Skilled in market analysis, demographic targeting, and effective communication, I excel at connecting brands with specific communities to cement brand identity and drive customer acquisition. After three years of experience orchestrating partnerships for both the men's and women's teams, I was delighted to take on a more holistic role within the club. In addition to continuing to orchestrate partnerships, I also
support the hospitality, conference, events, matchday experience and academy teams in achieving their targets through cross- selling commercial products, introducing brands to the Norwich City Football community via various platforms and end-to-end account management. Additionally, I'm responsible for developing the packages for the partnerships for fixtures held at Carrow Road stadium for Norwich City Women FC and to exceed targets from a partnership perspective. I also account manage the partners involved and ensure smooth operation of activations on the days of the fixtures.
In September 2024 I expanded my skillset by presenting a business case to internal key stakeholders for a commercial project aimed at providing respite for our neurodiverse fan base club wide. The project was to implement a functional sensory room into the stadium and required sponsorship funding to move to the next phase, full planning and design and end to end project management in order to deliver. I spearheaded this project with a completion date of June 2025 which I achieved.
Within this position, I played a pivotal role within the sales process by prospecting, identifying and leveraging commercial partnerships for both the men and women teams Norwich City Football Club . By connecting with key players across a variety of industries, I generate new leads utilising various networking platforms and negotiate com plex deals with customers that result in mutually beneficial outcomes. I implemented sales strategies to build customer relationships and close sales, resulting in contributing a high level of revenue for the club through various different areas including main club, Norwich City Women’s FC, events and hospitality and Community Sports Foundation. I identified and addressed customer challenges to ensure customer satisfaction and retention and collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives and document using CRM System, Salesforce. I have undertook two large projects outside of my remit which resulted in new work suits for the entire work force and an official club partnership as well as the execution of a key marketing initiative designed to ensure the inclusivity of our neurodivergent fanbase on matchday.
My primary role as Lead Sales Executive with Archant Dialogue encompassed many moving parts in order to ensure the advertising revenue budgets were consistently achieved and proved profitable for the company. This included prospecting new B2B clientele in order to secure advertising within the print and digital media sector for niche membership based communities, managing all customer advertising accounts and devising strategic marketing plans in order to gain a stronger customer base and generate a higher ROI to member communities. Other responsibilities included forecasting, setting and managing the budget for each title I lead, CRM account setup utilising CRM systems OBA and OBA2 , processing payments and issuing vat receipts, aiding in the artwork designs and orchestrating the delivery of the print products to clients.
