Eleanor Cragg

I have been employment since I was 14 and have life experiences, such as attending boarding school and University which have required me to be independent and self-motivated. Having worked in a variety of job roles and types of education systems, I am able to adapt and adhere to the requirements of different work environments and customer/resident and employer needs. By nature, I am a proactive person. Even when there is not a task to carry out, I am always able to find one or use it to spend quality time with the people I am caring for and staff members. As I have worked in care and public facing roles, I am used to crisis situations occurring and have developed a calm attitude and clear communication style when faced with a challenging scenario.

Above all else I am a highly caring and empathetic individual which I especially felt I showed in my previous care position by putting respect, privacy and the needs of the residents first and continue to draw upon in my voluntary work.
