I am 100% reliable and I have been totally dedicated to which ever role I have been employed throughout my working life. I am trustworthy and honest and I comfortable using working on my own initiative and working as part of a team, and i am a real team player. In the past I have managed staff teams which included staff supervision and staff development. I am committed to staff training to enhance and develop my current skill base and I hold a full driving license and I own a vehicle which can be used for work if needed.
When coming home from Greece I was offered a role as Domestic in the Balmoral Care home for the elderly. My main tasks was to keep the home clean and tidy, dealing with laundry and which also included cooking for up to 30 residents, inclusive of menu planning, food and provision ordering within set budgets.
I moved to Greece in 2006 as we decided we would like to experience living abroad in a nice climate. Me and my husband did various jobs in and around the holiday resort of Sami in Greece. Being a holiday resort there was a large number of villas and both me and my husband cleaned villa's, cleaned swimming pools inclusive of ensuring the chemicals were tested and at the correct levels, villa and ground maintenance and other tasks that the owners of the properties may require.
I worked for Blackpool Borough Council from 1984 until I moved to Greece in 2006. I was initially employed as a Carer, then I was promoted to a Senior Career and finally becoming a Services Advisor, Managing teams and supporting them in caring and supporting older people both in the community along within other services.
