  • Achieved World Class Status 3 in consecutive staff surveys, an incredible recognition within Bupa care Services that also led to Customer 1st award.
  • In February 2024, I achieved recognition from my Managing Director for demonstrating the Bupa Values, Brave, Responsible & Caring for not only my role as Home Manager but also combining the role as the Clinical Deputy Manager maintaining a Green internal inspection, based on the new CQC framework for inspections.
