-Completed my bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award, this is where I demonstrated resilience and perseverance. I offered to volunteered at a restaurant, where I was able to learn the importance of respecting people and giving back to the community

-Showcased leadership skills when leading my group through the vast forests to get to our destination during my expedition. I effectively managed tasks and was able to successfully navigate my group along the way, which took a lot of determination.

My work experience at the pharmacy was transformative. It equipped me with essential skills and a deeper understanding of the professional world. This opportunity allowed me to experience firsthand the significance of customer service and the responsibilities of interacting with the public. I gained crucial knowledge about confidentiality, recognising the importance of safeguarding personal information, particularly when handling sensitive medical data. I have become proficient in stocking shelves with precision, ensuring accuracy through the use of serial numbers while prioritising safety. My training also included a thorough understanding of health and safety practices in the workplace. Throughout this experience, I developed strong communication skills, always treating customers with respect and friendliness. I excelled both in collaborative team settings and independent tasks, showcasing my ability to adapt and thrive in diverse work environments.
