- File daily credit card receipts, balance credit card report and resolve any issues
- Liaise between the showroom department, trade counter, accounts office and directors to carry out tasks given
- Assist sales team with their paperwork: involves keeping paperwork up-to-date, placing orders to suppliers, organising delivery dockets, etc
- Deal with customers and any customer issues- liaise between departments to resolve any problems
