Gained hands-on experience working at Starbucks, starting with initial training and continuing into day-to-day operations. I was responsible for preparing and serving a range of beverages to the highest brand standards while maintaining excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role helped me develop strong teamwork, time management, and hospitality skills while consistently meeting quality and service expectations, This resulted in:

• Prepared and delivered beverages efficiently while upholding Starbucks quality standards
• Worked collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth and timely service, ensuring seamless delivery
• Ensured customer satisfaction by providing top-quality service

During my time as a Teacher working in religious education, I gained valuable experience in teaching and mentoring young children aged 6 to 11, focusing on Islamic education, moral guidance, and personal development in cultural and religious backgrounds, moreover focusing on teaching and providing language lessons in Arabic, teaching, studying and going through religious texts; Successfully creating positive and inclusive learning environment while managing classroom dynamics, which also provided pastoral care and guidance, reinforcing moral values and ethical behaviour.

Inevitably, this in turn produced:

• Developed and delivered structured lesson plans
• Built strong relationships with students, fostering trust
• Managed classroom behaviour, maintaining respectful and supportive learning environment
