My time at Central Park All-Stars helped educate me on new ways to teach and interact with children, enabling them to achieve their goals while training with me. While working at Central Park Allstars, some of my responsibilities included:

Coaching the children with different methods of training to help them understand all aspects of football

Coaching the development team to allow them to join the main team, providing them with the opportunity to potentially play both friendly and league games.

Teaching the children how to properly communicate with one another, allowing for them to be more coordinated, as well as building bonds while coming to training.

Managing the younger coaches, e.g., instructing them on which pitches need to be set up, how to set up the pitches, and assisting and demonstrating to them how to set up and pack down the pitches.

Overall, while working for CPA, I learned a lot of useful skills like how to work as a team, how to take charge when needed, and how to coach and accommodate different types of people, whether it was new coaches or new players.
