Role: Integration Test Engineer at Continental Automotive.

Project: Body Control Module (BCM) for Ford Motor Company, Dunton.

Responsibilities:

• Developed and executed test plans to ensure module functionality and performance.
• Managed the test environment and simulated real-world scenarios.
  Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Generated detailed test reports and communicated outcomes effectively.
• Gained proficient knowledge on CAN signal communication and vehicle diagnostics thereby helping me resolve issues generated during each phase of vehicle development.
• My responsibilities include writing test specs, testing each feature on both vehicles and yellow boards.
• Has been on several Build Supports (Turkey FORD production plant) working with different teams to debugg and relsolve issues just not BCM but every other ECU on the vehicle.
• Was assigned as the Feature owner for the Interior Lights.
• Worked also in coordinating vehicle configuration with the end-of-line team in production.

Outcome:

• Successfully delivered the BCM on schedule, meeting Ford’s quality and integration requirements.

• Worked with qualified technicians and service representatives to use an onboard diagnostic tool to locate and fix mechanical and sensor failures
• Periodic repair and maintenance were performed, including the replacement of damaged vehicle components such as coolant lines, water pumps, and seals
• My responsibilities included providing a full summary of the complaints to both the supervisor and the consumers
• I was able to strengthen my problem-solving and cooperation abilities while also learning more about automotive engineering, service, and maintenance
• I worked as part of a team of experts that refurbished and assembled the engine, gearbox, and suspension components
• Dismantle car components to look for signs of deterioration on that part

• Operations were closely supervised to ensure compliance with health and safety laws
• Conducting extensive quality inspections following project completion ensured that items were fault-free and safe
• Participated in training to stay current on safety requirements, manufacturing rules, and corporate best practices
• Removed faulty production goods to maintain quality standards

• Warehouse product positioning was understood, allowing for effective picking, and packing services
• Restocked shelves with meticulous attention to detail, maximizing productivity via time management and organization abilities
