Role: Integration Test Engineer at Continental Automotive.

Project: Body Control Module (BCM) for Ford Motor Company, Dunton.

Responsibilities:

  • Developed and executed test plans to ensure module functionality and performance.
  • Managed the test environment and simulated real-world scenarios.
    Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Generated detailed test reports and communicated outcomes effectively.
  • Gained proficient knowledge on CAN signal communication and vehicle diagnostics thereby helping me resolve issues generated during each phase of vehicle development.
  • My responsibilities include writing test specs, testing each feature on both vehicles and yellow boards.
  • Has been on several Build Supports (Turkey FORD production plant) working with different teams to debugg and relsolve issues just not BCM but every other ECU on the vehicle.
  • Was assigned as the Feature owner for the Interior Lights.
  • Worked also in coordinating vehicle configuration with the end-of-line team in production.

Outcome:

  • Successfully delivered the BCM on schedule, meeting Ford’s quality and integration requirements.

  • Finished fourth in the GKDC national event, which help me improve my team building skill and believe in my talents.
  • Was part of the BAJA SAEINDIA competition which was a national event in which we as a team had to build an off-road 4WD vehicle and put it through an endurance race that takes the vehicle's capabilities to an extreme.
