I am a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong interest in delivering excellent customer experiences and working as part of a close-knit team. I have experience supporting and coaching children aged 6–11 through Saturday morning football sessions with the Golden Imps, where I developed strong communication skills, patience and the confidence to engage positively with a wide range of people. This role helped me understand the importance of creating a welcoming, enjoyable environment and ensuring everyone feels valued. I am currently studying a Level 2 Certificate in Preparation for Public Services, having previously completed a Level 2 qualification in Sports Coaching at Lincoln College. Through these courses, I have developed self-discipline, organisation skills and the ability to work calmly and effectively in a structured environment. I am reliable, quick to learn and confident in following procedures while also using initiative when required. I am an active and committed individual, playing football for my college team and in Sunday league, as well as competing as a runner. These experiences have strengthened my teamwork, resilience and time-keeping. I bring energy, professionalism and a positive attitude to everything I do and am highly motivated to contribute to a high-quality, customer-focused experience environment.
