• Readjusted assessment criteria to balance summative and subjective feedback, improving assurance capabilities overseas whilst providing legal assurance in case of disputes.
• Reviewed and remodelled specific military training offer to ensure compliance with MOD.

2022-2023 - Ukraine

• Anticipated and produced key reports on emerging threats, supporting key actions and preventing decisions made in haste.
• Successfully lead efforts to re-establish our network in country to support key objectives.
• Briefed multiple senior ministers and military officials throughout continuously evolving threats.
• Partnered with and built highly successful relationships with various Ukrainian government departments during successful and challenging projects.

2018-2022 - Afghanistan (London & posted)

• Partnered with MOD ensuring Key Afghan Contacts successfully evacuated. Providing threat assessments leading to initial early adoption of relocation process before the fall of Kabul.
• Aided design of new counter terrorism offering, providing insight whilst unable to deploy in country.
• Travelled to Tajikistan and Uzbekistan providing key assessments for potential to use either as a forward platform should the Afghan government retain northern territory.

• Restructured compliance processes reducing burden on staff.
• Produced tactical assessments for multiple government departments ensuring effective use.
• Built key relationships across multiple OGDs and NGOs.
