When I worked for Amazon, my main responsibility was delivery, helping and supporting customers with their questions. I also handled issues related to cancelled orders and damaged parcels. My daily responsibilities also required me to manage various routes efficiently, as my routes were upwards of 280 parcels a day.

At FedEx, the responsibilities included unloading, loading, scanning, and labeling packages. I've gained valuable insights into package delivery process and how shipments reach recipients. Tasks involved heavy lifting of packages ranging from 10kg to 30kg, all sizes.

• When I worked for Direct Meats, my primary responsibilities included distribution, packing and quality checks. I learned to work independently and as part of a team to complete orders; there could be upward to 300 orders to package. The role required a high level of attention to detail, as the products were very complex and highly detailed.
