With several years of hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, I am excited to transition into an Assistant Manager role where I can combine my leadership skills, passion for customer service, and proven ability to drive team success. My previous supervisor’s feedback has reinforced that an Assistant Manager position is the natural next step for me. I’m driven to take on more responsibility and contribute at a higher level.
My experience has included overseeing daily operations, training and mentoring new team members, and managing the front of house during peak hours, ensuring both staff and customers have a positive experience. I have taken responsibility in ensuring staff are polite, professional and consistent in how customers are served. I have experience in conducting regular cleanliness inspections of the restaurant as well as food safety and hygiene inspections, ensuring that the restaurant was compliant to all regulations and maintaining a great atmosphere.
