* Creating and releasing spare parts for subsequent stocking and distribution worldwide across 20+ parts distribution centres
* Compiling and maintaining an electronic parts catalogue, covering 25+ carlines and over 400,000 part numbers
* Providing help desk functions covering (a) Retailer part queries (b) Internal technical queries (c) Parts classification queries for Customs brokers & (d) Support to our China Joint Venture colleagues
* Maintaining parts master data throughout the lifecycle of the part
* Obtaining long term supplier declarations of preferential duty rates, helping overseas subsidiaries and Imports to benefit from UK free trade agreements.

* Project manager for an initiative to improve the built-to-order ration, reduce slow moving inventory, and improve order to delivery times
* Managed a term building sales specifications, so that customers order match the marketing offer, and are passed to the factory for accurate build

* Distribution of parts catalogues on microfiche and paper media; this was the replaced by a project to adopt and migrate to an electronic parts catalogue
* Worked closely with the parent owner, BMW, to integrate processes and policies, and identify and implement best practices into the Land Rover operation
