I have a proven record of working collaboratively with team members through my schooling and previous work experience to meet set goals and resolve challenges with reasoned thinking and decision making. I have a strong work ethic, which has led me to successfully achieve good grades in passing all of the nine GSCE's I have taken, amongst which was a distinction grade in catering. During my previous hospitality work, I have been guest-focused, a good team member and dedicated to promoting quality customer service to maintaining high customer satisfaction which is important to me. I always aim to exceed expectations, build on my knowledge and experiences and I am willing to listen and learn to focus on attention to detail. I am an upbeat student motivated to be the best I can, support my colleagues while having the confidence to show initiative and work alone too. I have great communication skills and can talk to a variety of people, I have previously taken reservations, answered questions and accommodated specific guest requests, both via the telephone and in person. I have good time-management skills, never been late for school or lessons. While working at the Top pub previously, I was always early and willing to stay behind if and when required to achieve full customer satisfaction. I can think and act quickly, to identify and resolve problems and strive to address and re-solve those challenges. Working as part of a Caring Hospitality Team Member in delivering top-quality guest service is vital to my work ethic and morals, I am happy taking on challenging new roles and I am willing to learn and progress in all areas I can. I am a hard working reliable, honest and trustworthy person, which I guess I have inherited from my Police Officer parents.
