I am a Teaching Assistant in primary school and working last nearly 3 years in Hull .
I am dedicated and result driving Teaching Assistant with passion for supporting children learning and creating inclusive environment with my 3 years of experience.
I am enthusiastic and skilled at creating engaging learning environment and evaluate whether my practice was good how can l improve .
I have supported SEN children with autism and spectrums and joined SLT courses and other CPD to improve and maintain skills and met in the setting to support their communication and behaviour development
Most recently l worked in year 7 class and support children with different needs and l found chance to see how they develop from early years to secondary school .
I faced challenging times while working children, especially children with lack of communication may be frustrated or sensory disorder however as l have positive , calm and patient personally l able to manage effectively with calm approach .
I have been working with James Ray since January and I had lots of experience during my work in different schools ,Such as St Anthony primary school , Sidmouth primary school and Kelvin Hall .
I had really good positive feedback from previous experienced and always happy to go back. I found opportunity to practice my skills while meeting with new children and their families and carers .
I used my initiative to help others and observe setting for daily routine while following policies and procedures in place help other workers
Communicating effectively with parent and children allows me to build up good relationship.
I keen on to understanding background , diversity and use inclusive practice adapting education for the children and support them to over come possible barriers

Daily I can hold a dairy of children to help their parents to understand how they are doing , positive improvement especially for parents that working full time it is hard for them to connect with school sometime
I am aware of health and safety such as possible allergies or food diet requirements and should apply safely in setting
Observing children is good for us to draw a map which areas of development needs support how to meet these
Listening children likes or dislike important as The EYFS framework emphasizes engage children's interest to get their attention , motivating to try new things in the environment
Supervision in playground I make sure children safe while they enjoying outdoor and record accident report, sick notes or reminding others if anything needs to shared to families or careers
