Personal

I am a friendly, motivated and reliable individual with a strong background in customer service, teamwork and sport. Rugby has played an important role in my development, having represented Devon, Exeter Chiefs Academy and attended an England U18 training camp. These experiences developed my discipline, resilience and ability to work effectively with different people in demanding environments.

After college, I worked full-time at Marks & Spencer and later returned during university holidays. This gave me valuable experience delivering professional customer service, communicating with a wide range of people and working efficiently within a busy retail team.

Alongside my Sport and Exercise Science degree, I completed a Level 3 Personal Training Diploma, undertook a strength and conditioning placement with Cardiff Metropolitan University’s performance rugby team and worked with the general public in a cardiac rehab setting. These experiences strengthened my confidence, adaptability and ability to understand individual needs. I am keen to apply these skills within a customer-focused role while developing my knowledge of technology, products and sales.performance rugby team, and attended supervised cardiac rehabilitation sessions. These experiences have developed my confidence working with a range of people and adapting my approach to suit different needs, abilities and goals.
