At the church there was a kids club I used to attend but when I stopped going I went to help out. I organised games for the kids to play which helped my organisation skills. I also helped give food and drinks out to them while they were there. With the other youth group I attended we used to organise open mic nights and cake sales to raise money for the church. I worked with compassion and empathy to effectively engage people from diverse backgrounds. Reported dangerous incidents to mitigate further risks to health and safety of staff and service users.
