Vetter UK Ltd, Trinity Leeds Development, Hard flooring.

Responsible for natural stone hard flooring consisting of two awarded contracts and assisting in stone cladding through out the broader project. Management of design process through to final handover.

Responsible for Ceramic tiling to walls and floor – 7000m2 and 3600m2 floating screed.

MSCP Interchange Plaza, Hard Landscaping Project. Responsible for natural stone Flooring including drainage and interface with M&E. Management of site works out through to practical completion.

Vetter UK Ltd, Terminal 5A, Back of House, Hard Flooring.

Back of House, Hard Flooring. Responsible for Light weight concrete placement throughout the back of house corridors of Terminal 5A.

Grinaker LTA Angola SARL, AAA Head Quarters, Luanda Angola.

Responsible for the management of Fit out packages – Internal flooring and tiling, screeding, sire protection and logistics. This project involved the recruitment and training of local suppliers and labour. Cross international borders logistical coordination in a developing country.

Part of the development team in various commercial and residential projects to a combined value of approximately £10m. Responsible for managing construction of concrete superstructures and fit out. Benstra is a development group, hence the involvement in full circle from concept design to marketing. Projects as the High Performance Sport Centre at the University of Pretoria and Leeufontein residential and conservation development featured.
