Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensured optimal security measures to maintain a safe environment for all individuals in the estate.
- Using computer to update fob access for residents and staff
- ANPR system to update vehicle access
- Facilitated interactions with residents, guests, and clients across the estate.
- Coordinate with Concierge to ensure efficient site operations.
- Ensure any unusual behaviour recorded is followed up, calling the police if necessary.
- Communicate with control regularly and ensure there is a quick response to any incident.
- Reported security and health safety issues.
- Maintain a safe environment for all people in the estate at all times.
- Handled all in-person and telephone requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensured adherence to company rules while upholding Ballymore quality standards.
- Communicated with Deputy General Manager, Duty Manager, and General Manager to align on tasks.
- Reporting of any accidents within the accident report book. All serious incidents are to be escalated to both the General Manager & Duty Managers immediately.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times concerning residents and Ballymore business and its personnel.
- Give clear and precise up to date information during and at the end of the shift highlighting any event that has occurred, any forthcoming events together with a clear and precise hand over of any vehicles in the car park.
- Ensure that all firefighting apparatus is accounted for and maintained.
- Correct reporting of any cleaning or maintenance issues around the Estate.
- All emergencies, breaches of the lease, serious defects or any matter likely to be subject of formal complaints are reported to the GM.
- Liaise with Valet staff to inform of any vehicles that may need parking in the car park.
