The primary purpose of this role was to assist the team in delivering TC Consult’s services, ensuring they
achieve high quality whilst meeting deadlines, meeting the company’s legal obligations, and conforming to
the company’s quality assurance procedures.
My role was to ensure project tasks were delivered on time and to the standard required.

This employment comprises scheduling taxis for consumers and dealing with dissatisfied customers if their taxis are late or fail to arrive. As a result, I am able to retain a positive attitude toward them even when they are upset, which has considerably improved my customer service skills. My ability to make split second decisions that are effective has improved as a result of working for this organisation.
• Numeracy skills were used quickly for the prices of the food, and I learnt how to use the card
machine.
• The use of neat handwriting under pressure so the chefs knew what the customers wanted so it
doesn’t cause any problems or delays.
• Had the responsibility of taking orders from the customers in person and over the phone,
maintaining good communication for this role to keep the customers happy.
• Dealt and resolved various queries from customers and made sure the shop floor was kept tidy.
• Re-stocked shelves and worked with the existing team to label items and attach price tags.
• Answered all incoming calls, provided information on current stock and re-directed calls where
needed.
• Greeted customers in a professional manner and assisted them in their purchases.
• Worked as a team to arrange fundraising events and helped raise awareness.
