I was responsible in some way for scoping, planning, developing and integrating multiple machine learning projects that in total delivered millions of pounds of benefit to the business. I also contributed to defining the technical best practice, developing the data science platform, line managing junior members of the team and instituting team process and workflows.

I was responsible for designing, writing, testing and documenting data processing pipelines written in Pandas and PySpark. I also took responsibility for instilling industry standard software development practice in the wider team.

I was responsible for developing and maintaining a large collection of web scrapers used for monitoring online marketplaces, enabling the protection of customers intellectual property.
