I worked with snsg across multiple venues situated across the west midlands, These venues were mainly in the towns of Walsall, West Bromwich and the city of Birmingham, My deployments spanned multiple roles all requiring different skills to work efficiently, These venues include, Sandwell Health Campus (Formerly Sandwell Hospital), Midland Metropolitan University Hospital, Birmingham City Children's Hospital, Saint Andrews Knighthead Park, The Hawthorns and The Met Bar I worked primarily at those locations but also worked occasionally at venues like The crown, Missing, Utilita Arena, Resorts World Arena, Glastonbury and Cheltenham Racecourse.

My time working at in wide range of venues has widened my skill set and has given me experience working and dealing with wide ranges of different people from festival goers to sick and vulnerable children.

My duties included but were not limited to the following

• Closely observed CCTV surveillance systems to monitor movement of goods and other personnel.
• Responded to alarms and investigated disturbances, contacting local law enforcement personnel in escalating situations.
• Operated scanners to screen guests and belongings.
• Deterred criminal activity, vandalism and general misconduct by providing highly visible security presence and patrols.
• Adjusted security systems and equipment to gain better coverage of car parks, interior and exterior buildings.
• Maintained composure and professionalism while screening visitors during high-volume periods.
• Checked ID cards and documented details in security log.
• Inspected fire alarm systems regularly, confirming their proper functioning.
• Updated reports and logbooks on security actions performed, supporting smooth and safe facility operations.
• Handled day-to-day and emergency incidents with a calm, professional demeanour, enabling positive outcomes.
• Patrolled assigned areas at specified intervals as part of routine duties.
• Identified potential threats by conducting thorough risk assessments.
• Recorded all security breaches for future reference and analysis.
• Reported any suspicious behaviour promptly to the the control team and logged all incidents.
• Collaborated with law enforcement agencies to report unusual incidents including thefts and car crashes that were visible on camera

• Responded to emergencies with swift action, prioritising safety of personnel.

I worked as a general labourer for a self-employed welder based in Walsall. This role consisted of maintaining cleanliness inside the unit and ensuring that tools and materials were stored in their correct places. Working as a team to load and unload heavy equipment safely for a range of different jobs while maintain safety of both workers and equipment during the process. General jobs such as the burning of rubbish and sorting of reusable metal that can be repurposed for other jobs
